Abstract: 

Education is a continually developing activity, it shapes the way an individual develops their attitudes, thoughts and behavior. Education is not just about being literate but it is an overall development of the person in every aspect of their lives. A society's educational system can be greatly linked to its culture as the culture that one is in have an affect on the type of curriculum the institutions will develop in order to cater to every individual of that particular culture. Education moulds and shapes a society and it is influenced by the culture of the particular country or society. The educational system acts as a point of reference for the society's needs and demands. The principles that dominate this article is culture and education are interrelated and interconnected. Every educational paradigm is influenced by the culture of the society in which it operates. This essay underlines the extensive connection between culture and education. As a result, the goal of this essay is to depict these features from a Philosophical-Psychological approach.

Abstract: 

Artifacts are ubiquitous and influential in our world, but their nature and existence are controversial. Several theories have been proposed to explain the ontology of artifacts. Drawing on Popper's theory of three worlds, this paper suggests a metaphysics for artifacts along the line of a critical rationalist (CR) approach. This theory distinguishes between three realms of reality: the physical world (World 1), the mental world (World 2), and the world of objective knowledge (World 3). The paper argues that artifacts have different ontological components that correspond to these three realms, and that each component is real and causal. The paper shows how this perspective can account for the intentional and functional aspects of artifacts, as well as their dependence on plans that influence different realms of reality. The paper explains how this pluralistic ontology, compared to the rival theories, enables one to explain the relevant ontological problems of artifacts. The paper also explores how this proposal can lead to a research program encompassing a broader range of technologies, such as social artifacts. In sum, the paper suggests that Popper's three worlds theory provides a rich and comprehensive framework for understanding the metaphysics of artifacts.

Abstract: 

In this paper, first, we present a kinetic data structure for the problem of kinetic convex hull maintenance. After that, discuss some complicated cases followed by the main algorithm and two additional algorithms. Finally, focus on the evaluation of the four properties of the kinetic algorithm in the worst case. We show that quality factors of our algorithm are at most linear. Comparing with similar work, our suggestion is easier to implement and keep track of.

Abstract: 

In this paper, an alternative approach in operational modal analysis is presented, utilizing image processing technique and transmissibility functions. Imaging sensors do not impose additional mass on the structure due to their non-contact nature, while transmissibility functions, independent of excitation type, can directly extract mode shapes. The innovation of this research lies in combining these two techniques to record dynamic responses and identify modal properties. To capture the temporal response history from video signals, the block-matching method with sub-pixel accuracy was employed. Validation was conducted by recording the response of the tip of a cantilevered steel beam subjected to impact excitation, using a high-speed camera and a laser vibrometer, simultaneously. The RMSE plots in the time domain and the PSD in the frequency domain indicate high accuracy of this method. Using this approach, the displacement time histories of various points on the structure were extracted from the video signals, and the modal properties, including natural frequencies, damping ratios, and mode shapes, were identified using the transmissibility matrix method. The results obtained from the proposed method were compared with the stochastic subspace identification (SSI) method and Analytical solutions. The findings reveal the accuracy of the modal identification approach introduced in this article. The highest relative error in estimating the natural frequencies of the first and second modes, compared to the values from the laser method, are 0.19% and 0.13%, respectively, and in comparison to the Analytical values, they are 0.34% and 1.5%, respectively.

Abstract: 

The six-degree equations of flight in their classic do not provide a proper physical perception due to a number of interferences. Nor do they render visible the important role of attack angles. In this study, attempts have been made to develop a complete set of 3D acceleration equations from the equations of normal and tangential acceleration αN=vωv, αt=v. For this purpose, a coordinate set stuck to the velocity vector is introduced such that the angles of attack act as a bridge between the coordinate introduced and that of the body. Thus, αNy=vωz and αNz=vωvy, are obtained, where ωvz and ωvy are the components of angular velocity vector given in terms of attack angles and p, q, r (the angular velocity of body in the body coordinate). It is also known that momentum equations are written in terms of p, q, r. Thus, the angles of attack play the role of a bridge between the force equations (now written in velocity coordinate) and the momentum equations (already written in the body coordinate). For symmetric missiles without roll, these equations become simpler and nearly linear. The undesired and nonlinear effects also become easier to analyze. The dynamic behavior among the momentum, the rotation of the body and the rotation of the velocity vector become completely visible. Thus, the aerodynamic coefficients appear directly in the dynamic equations. It follows that new approach should help not only the auto pilot designer but also the aerodynamic body designer.

Abstract: 

Aim of the present research was to design a proper model for management of knowledge in environmental organizations of country. In study of the model, suitability of the proposed model was researched by asking views of directors, deputies, managers of groups and scientific board members of environmental organizations of country. For this purpose, with review of research literature, insight process, independent technology process and alteration technology process, knowledge solution process, knowledge spiral process and knowledge management conceptual process, principal elements of model and components were determined by examination of models and theories of joint process in the learner organizations. Later, the model was proposed using questionnaire. Reliability of questionnaire was calculated 94.75 % and 93.73% by means of retesting method and Crown Bach’s method, respectively. Admissibility of questionnaire was also determined by admissibility of content thereof and primary implementation (asking views of 30 of directors, deputies, managers of groups in environmental organizations of country). Determination of admissibility, durability and amendments were followed by implementation of the proposed model in random selected statistical sample consisting of 360 individuals from 4 groups of directors, deputies, managers of groups and scientific board members in environmental organizations of country. The inputs were collected by means of descriptive statistics (frequency distribution tables and diagrams), conclusive statistics methods including Pearson correlation co-efficient matrix for the relation between components. Then, Anova (analysis of variance) the four groups under study, extraction and operative analysis and principal component analysis were performed using the SPSS software and the proposed model, with scale of 6.15 out of 7, was confirmed. Principal finding of present research was introduction of a proper model for knowledge management to be used in environmental organizations of country that consists of philosophy and aims, theoretical fundaments, and model implementation steps.

Abstract: 

Rehabiliating Bushehr historic fabric and paying to it as an important urban fabric through increasing capabilities and facilities is main concern. Bushehr historical fabric can be the consequence of several factors the most important of which is the Persian Gulf and its past history as a national one. This fabric, is organic, dense, compact, having its own characteristics. One of its main priorities is reaction to weather, cultural, and social conditions. Most of the fabrics in our country are either endogenous or exogenous. Bushehr historical fabric proves to be a dualistic architecture, being both endogenous and exogenous; thus, it is unique among the existing fabrics. Past architecture of southern Iran has influenced the culture and architecture of the Persian Gulf countries. It has caused Arabs to progress in different fields including architecture. Historical fabric architecture of Albastakiyeh in Dubai is a prominent example Iranian architecture. Bedouin Arabs are trying to introduce our artist ancestors’ experiences, transferred into their lands, into their own culture and art, as Arab architecture. It is our duty to protect, reconstruct, maintain, and develop this great national heritage.
